The project was for the design and documentation of two storey duplex townhouses located in Harrison ACT.

Situated on blocks having an elemental size of around 300 m², and sharing a party wall, the project was to provide one of the residences as an owner-occupied house and the other one for sale.

The solution arrived at was an asymmetric design giving the illusory appearance of a much bigger home to each, whilst at the same time affording a degree of individuality to each.
